MemberShift is an online marketplace platform that allows users to list, browse, and discover memberships and subscriptions for sale or transfer. We provide the platform infrastructure for sellers to create listings and for buyers to find membership deals.

Important: MemberShift does not directly facilitate, mediate, or guarantee any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not process payments, handle membership transfers, or verify the accuracy or validity of any listings. All communication, negotiation, and transfers happen directly between the parties involved.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, such as posting listings, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior towards other users.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
• Use any automated system, including robots, spiders, or scrapers, to access the Service.
• Upload viruses or other malicious code.

5. Listing Guidelines

When creating a listing on MemberShift, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about the membership or subscription being listed.
• Only list memberships or subscriptions that you legally own or are authorized to transfer.
• Clearly state the type, condition, price, validity period, and any relevant terms.
• Respond to inquiries from potential buyers in a timely and honest manner.
• Remove or update listings when they are no longer available.

MemberShift reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these guidelines or these Terms, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MemberShift. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.

By posting content on MemberShift, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

7. Advertisements and Third-Party Links

Our website may display advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense. 11. Termination
